21 October   1899 | St Johnstone's Fife Cup match at home to Lochgelly Utd is abandoned due to bad light, 8 mins from the end with Lochgelly leading 3-2. The Fife FA suggested the teams play the final 8 minutes at a later date but this never happened and Lochgelly were awarded the tie.
